Cafe run by unemployed

Some years ago, an organisation called Fokus Folkeoplysning received funds for creating a new cafe, in which unemployed people could learn a new job. The name of the cafe is Kaffe Fair. The cafe is attached to the local library, you ca read a book, while waiting for the food to be served. The environment is friendly and cozy and it is a pleasure to be there. The people working in the cafe are paid with the public unemployment benefit. Many of them leave that job to go to work in real restaurants and cafés.
